Springing and covers

A high quality springing is essential for the correct and best functioning of an ironer. The springing must have a homogeneous surface, it must ensure constant pressure, and it must have the ability to “hold the padding in place”.

Max Press

Made of galvanised steel, the Max Press represents an evolution of the spiral springing. To the classic spiral spring a flat, hooked cap has been applied that not only guarantees a more homogeneous ironing surface, but also allows the external cover to adhere perfectly. The band is shaped and perforated and allows good suction and greater performance.

Increasingly successful, this product is the ideal springing for modern ironing machines which, in order to reach higher and higher yields and speed levels, need a versatile, reliable and resistant padding.

MAX PRESS is available in different models and heights according to the characteristics of the machine for which it is intended.

Techno Press

Like the Max Press the Techno Press too is an evolution of traditional spiral springing. With time some of the features of this type of springing have been improved. In particular the support band is shaped and holds the spring firmly in place, ensuring that it does not move from its position due to pressure and whirling. In addition, the band itself is perforated and allows ideal suction and therefore better ironing performance and durability of the external covers. Made of galvanised steel, TECHNO PRESS is available in different heights according to the characteristics of the machine for which it is intended.

Lamina Press

The Lamina Press is a laminated type of springing made of stainless steel and provided with a perforated band that ensures optimum suction. The springing’s height can be calibrated directly during assembly: it is therefore possible to achieve the desired diameters, down to the mm. The hooks on the springs allow perfect adherence of the felts. The band is 30 mm wide and has 4 blades.
